1 c, sugar, 2 sticks butter, 1 c. oil, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla, 4 1/2 c. plain flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cream of tarter, and 1 c. powdered sugar.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and cream well, add vanilla, next add dry ingredients. Drop on baking sheet bake at 350º for at least 15 minutes. Can roll warm cookies in powder sugar makes them extra good.
