Ground turkey (1 lb)
Ziti (16 oz)
Spaghetti Sauce (48 oz)
Mozarella Cheese Shredded (32 oz)
Ricotta Cheese (32 oz)
Parmesan Cheese Shredded (3/4 cup)
Parsley Flakes (2 tbsp)
Garlic (to taste)
Onion (to taste)

Brown ground turkey & onion in skillet. Add ground turkey to spaghetti sauce in a large pot. Add minced garlic and simmer. Boil ziti in a large pot. While ziti & sauce are cooking, combine ricotta and parmesan cheese in large bowl. Add parsley flakes, salt and pepper. When ziti is done, drain and rinse. Dump ziti in nonstick or oiled 13 x 9 pan (or larger). Stir in spaghetti sauce. Next, stir in cheese mixture. Lastly, layer top with shredded mozarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for approximately 45 minutes.

If you'd like vegetables in the dish, layer with fresh baby spinach or add zucchini to spaghetti sauce and simmer. Hope you like it!
