10 - 12 Chicken Thighs
BBQ Sauce
Chicken Seasoning spice
Pepper

Foil Pan
Tin Foil
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from most of the chicken thighs, you may want to leave 4 or so with it on for added flavor.
Spray foil pan with cooking spray. Put chicken in the pan, brush on bbq sauce, sprinkle with spices. Cover with tin foil, prick the foil for steam escape. Put pan on rack over an open fire. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour. Turn 2 or 3 times. If your fire is a bit smoky it just adds to the flavor.
