Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs stew meat or round steak, cut into 3/4 in cubes
1 1/2 c chopped onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp four
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
1 - 14oz can tomatoes with liquid
1/2 tsp gravy browner
2 tsp bouillon powder
1 tsp sugar
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients and coat beef. Brown in frying pan. Place browned meat in slow cooker. Stir tomato, gravy browner, bouillon powder and sugar together and pour over beef. Stir and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs or low for 4-5 hrs. Add sour cream before serving.
Supper in the field favorite!
