Pork chops
1/4 c water
1/3 c Soya sauce
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp Montreal steak spice
Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops (approx 6) in bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Marinade for at least 2 hrs.
BBQ or bake in oven.
I make a large batch and freeze the bags, when you pull them out frozen in the morning they will marinade all day, ready for supper. Yum!
