2 lbs chicken
1/4 c lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken into a large ziploc bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into bag over chicken. Let marinade for 1/2 day for best flavor. Cook in oven or barbecue. I use this one and will quadruple the recipe and freeze bags.
