1/4 lb pork sausages
1 tbsp butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. diced celery and leaves
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp seasoning?
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb mushrooms ( she used canned ones)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, add butter, onion and mushrooms, and saute 3 minutes. Add rice and water, celery and seasonings. Mix just to moisten rice, heat to boiling. cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
This does not go in the bird. Great if you are allergic to yeast.
