1 lb 10X (powdered) sugar
1/4 C hot water
1/3 C shortening
2 tsp almond extract*
pinch of salt

*you may substitute vanilla extract for almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Divide into different containers if multiple colors are needed.
Add food coloring as desired.
Frost your cookies!
