1 pkg. yeast
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted shortening
3 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
8-10 c. flour
1/2 c. softening or melted butter
brown sugar
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar, salt and melted shortening, then eggs. Stir in flour until the dough is workable but not stiff. Cover and let rise. Work down each hour for 5 hours. Roll out dough, spread with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up dough and cut into 1" thick slices. Place in greased pan and cover. Let rise overnight. Bake at 350ºF.
