1 lb ground beef
1/2 c crumbs
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg

Sauce:
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 c boiling water
4 celery sticks sliced
6 med carrots cut into sticks
4 med potatoes cut into bite size
1/8 tsp thyme
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for meatballs and shape into 24 balls.

Sauce:
Dissolve beef bouillon in boiling water in larger saucepan. Add remaining water. Drop meatballs, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 15 min. Add remaining ingredients and return to boil. Simmer for about 15 min or until vegetables are cooked. Thicken juice with flour.
