1 white cake mix
1/2 c oil
4 beaten eggs
2 cans mandarin oranges (drain 1 can and 1 can with juice)

Topping:
1 large Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together for 2 min. Pour into greased 9x13in pan and bake at 325º for 30 min.

Topping:
Beat pudding and milk and let stand for 5 min. Fold in cool whip and pineapple.
