4-6 c peaches
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp butter, slivered
cinnamon and sugar for top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Beat 2 eggs and cut into flour mixture to make small balls. Place peaches in bottom of 9x13 pan. Add to lemon juice if desired to keep fruit pretty. Sprinkle topping over fruit, sliver butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
