4 T melted butter
2 eggs
1 T flour
3/4 c sugar
1 c sweetened coconut (11/2-2 c can be used if you like solid coconut)
1 c milk
1 t vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs good with fork or mixer.
Add butter, flour, sugar, coconut, milk, and vanilla.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350º until firm (45min -1hr)
