16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c dairy sour cream
1 1/2 t ground cumin
2 t chili powder
1/8 t ground red pepper
1/2 c salsa
2 c shredded lettuce or lettuce leaves
1 c (4oz) shredded Wisconsin cheddar cheese
1 c (4oz) shredded Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c diced plum tomatoes
1/3 c sliced green onions
1/4 c sliced rip olives
1/4 c pimiento-stuffed green olives
Tortilla chips and blue corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin, and red pepper in large bowl; mix until well blended.
Stir in salsa.
Spread onto 10 inch serving with lettuce.
Top with cheeses, tomatoes, green onions, and olives.
Serve with chips.
