1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 T. melted butter or margarine
12 oz. grated cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped Jalapeño pepper
8 oz. macaroni – any kind
Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni according to package directions. While macaroni is cooking, combine soups, mayonnaise, melted butter, 2/3 of the cheese, chopped onion and chopped Jalapeño pepper. Drain and rinse cooked macaroni and fold in to other ingredients. Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly. Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
