1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 bottle Catalina© Salad dressing
1 head of lettuce (shredded) or you can buy the shredded in the bag
1 large bag Doritos©
1 small bag grated cheddar cheese
1 chopped tomato
1 cup salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off excess fat. Mix remaining ingredients and top with ground beef mixture and toss lightly. Add chips and salsa before serving.

Variation: replace salad dressing with 1 pkg. taco seasoning and 1 small jar taco sauce.
