4 or 5 chicken breasts
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 cans cream of Mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 small can of mushrooms (optional)
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (9 oz.) pkg. spaghetti cooked
4 strips of bacon, (I use pre-cooked)
Ritz© crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crispy. Remove part of drippings and saute' onions in remainder of drippings. Thin soup with milk. Add grated cheese and cook in double boiler until smooth. Add chicken, onions, celery, mushrooms, bacon and cooked spaghetti. Stir to mix well. Cover with crumbled crackers and bake at 325-350º until bubbly.
