pepper
onion

Directions:

Thaw in refrigerator.
Wash thoroughly inside and out.
Remove bag inside turkey first.
Put olive oil all over bird; salt and pepper inside and out real well.
Tuck wings under turkey and set in roasting pan.
Put in 400º oven for 20 minutes, then turn down to 325º and bake 18 minutes for every pound of turkey.
Nine pound turkey will take around 3 hours to cook.
Last hour, add chopped onion, carrots, and celery.
Can also add potatoes and your meal is complete.
