chorizo
garlic
seeded jalapeno
heavy cream
peachs
light italian cheese (parm, 3 cheese, asiago, etc.)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook chorizo and stuff in porkchop. Grill or bake.

sauce: saute garlic and a little chopped jalapeno, ad heavy cream until thickened, add peaches (that have been diced small). if fresh, need to simmer sauce until peaches soft, if canned, just simmer until peaches heated thru. Add cheese to sauce and pour over baked chicken.
