Ingredients:
1 pink ice cream container
12 oz good quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T.butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place baking sheet in freezer to chill for 20 min. Using a small ice cream scoop or melon baller, scoop small portions of ice cream onto sheet; you should have approximately 24 balls. Return balls to freezer and let stand until very firm (about 30 min)
Meanwhile, in a small heavy bottomed saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with butter, stirring until mixture is smooth. Let cool nearly to room temp.
Working with one ball at a time, insert fork into ball and dip into chocolate mixture; covering ball completely; return to baking sheet or pan. Work quickly, returning bonbons to freeze as soon as possible. When very firm (about 30 min.) bonbons can be served or placed in shallow, lidded airtight containers and stored in coldest part of freezer for up to 2-3 months.
