4 c milk
1 c Grapenuts
dash of salt
1/2 c raisins or dates
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk, Grapenuts ©, salt, and raisins/dates to a bubbly stage in saucepan over medium heat. Mix together eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Add egg mixture slowly to milk while beating slightly. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in pudding comes out ALMOST clean.

Mom's note: Can be cut in half. Usually serve this with "pour" cream (milk, sugar, nutmeg).
