Cake:
1/2 C corn oil
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 C very ripe banana
1 1/4 C flour
3/4 t baking soda

Topping
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 C butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the banana. Sift together the flour, baking soda and then add to the banana mixture. Mix well.

For the topping, mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon and then cut in the butter til crumbly. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9x9x2 pan and sprinkled with 1/2 of the topping, pour in the remaining batter and then topping and bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
