3/4 - 1 lb. rhubarb cut in 1" lengths
3 heaping T of flour
1 beaten egg
1 - 1 1/2 pints strawberries in halves
1 1/2 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut strawberries and rhubarb and toss with remaining mixed ingredients. Place into an uncooked pie shell (see Grandma Josephine's Pie Crust Recipe) and cook at 425º for ten minutes and then 350º for 30-40 minutes. Remove when crust is brown and fruit is bubbling out of somewhere.
