1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 can Ranchstyle Beans with jalapeņos
1 can Black-eyed peas
1 can shoepeg white kernel corn
1 packet McCormick Taco Seasoning
1 packet original Ranch dressing mix (powder)
2-3 cans diced tomatoes (or Rotel)

Directions:

Brown ground beef, throw everything into a large pot and heat till the mixture boils.

Good with tortilla chips.

Cam introduced this recipe to our family when he was in college and we have all enjoyed this soup many times. Occasionally, I substitute one can of Rotel and 1-2 cans of regular diced tomatoes for 2-3 cans of diced tomatoes.
