1 pkg hamburger buns
1 1/2 T butter
2 T grated onion
1 small can tomato sauce
1 T mustard
1 T sugar
1 T liquid smoke
1 12 oz can corned beef

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan melt butter and add onions over medium high heat-saute for 5-10 minutes utnil onions brown.
Add tomato sauce plus 1/2 can water. (use tomato can) turn heat back to medium low.
Add mustard, sugar and liquid smoke.
Let simmer for approx 10 minutes.
Add corned beef.
Break apart as you add, cook for 10-15 minutes meat will cook down, stir occasionally.
While corned beef is cooking, butter and toast hamburger buns.
Assemble, and enjoy!

Great to wrap in foil and take to a cold football game.
Severed best with homemade french fries.
