2 onions
2 tubes ground sausage, 1 hot, 1 mild
2 cans white beans (navy or any is fine)
Chicken boullion
2 jars alfredo sauce
3 pounds potatoes, cubed
Garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in water with chicken boullion. In a frying pan, brown garlic, onions, sausage. When potatoes are soft and starting to fall apart, add drained white beans, sausage mixture and seasoning. Pour in alfredo sauce and stir, lowering temperature. Serves 6 people for 2 days. Serve with soft white bread.
