2 C sugar
1 tsp soda
2/3 C white corn syrup
1 tsp salt
3/4 C boiling water
2 C peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water separates into threads which are hard and brittle. Add 2 C raw peanuts and simmer on low heat 20 minutes. Turn on high and let brown. Add salt and baking soda. pour into pie tin and let cool. Flip over and let cool. Break into pieces.
