Crust:
2 c.flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c.butter
1 c. whole pecans

Caramel Layer:
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Topping:
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, combine flour, brown sugar, and butter. Mix/beat for 2-3 minutes. Press into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1 c. whole pecans over crust.
For the caramel layer, combine butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Boil 1 min. stirring constantly. Pour over crust and bake at 350º for 18-22 min. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with 1 c. milk chocolate chips and let set 2-3 min. Swirl chocolate with a knife. Cool and cut into bars.
