1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup cocoa
Large marshmallows cut in half horizontally

Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
3 T cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T butter
1 T milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Press marshmallow down on each cookie. Bake 2 minutes longer. Cool. Frost with frosting.
