10c. cooked rice - white or your choice of rice
4-6 medium tomatoes chopped
1c. sliced green onions
2 cans chow mein noodles
8 ribs chopped celery
2 jars stuffed olives sliced
3/4 lb. colby or long horn cheese shredded
2 cans #2-1/2 cubed pineapple drained
3 pkgs. slices almonds (1c. probably)
2 cans shredded coconut
8T. butter
4c. chicken broth
4c. half and half
1-1/2t. salt
1/2t. pepper
Large jar sliced mushrooms
1c. flour
8 c. cubed chicken or turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add flour and stir in; slowly pour in broth. Cook until bubbly and thick. Add the half and half slowly. DO NOT boil. Cook until heated thoroughly. Add chicken, mushrooms and salt and pepper.
Put the rice, tomatoes, onions, noodles, celery, olives, cheese, pineapple and coconut, in separate bowls.
Start line of food with rice, then chicken and then add all of the toppings.

When I was single in Louisville, our Sunday School class made this for one of our parties. It was so much fun as everyone had something to bring and it was really good.
