2 poblano chiles (8 oz) chared, peeled, seeded, chopped
6 T oil
12 corn tortillas
4 c salsa verde (green chile sauce in Mexican food section)
2 c cooked chicken, shredded
3/4 c sour cream
6 oz (1 1/2 c) Mexican cheese, shredded
3 T chopped cilantto

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly fry tortillas in oil and drain on paper towels. Spread 1/2 c salsa in baking dish. Arrange 4 tortillas over salsa, extending the tortillas up the sides of the dish. Spread on 1 c chicken then half of chiles. Next spoon 1 1/2 c salsa then 1/4 c sour cream. Cover with 4 tortillas. Next spoon 1 c chicken, remaining chiles, 1 c salsa, 1/4 c sour cream. 4 tortillas, 1 c salsa, and 1/4 c sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375º for 35 min. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
