4 chicken cutlets
2 T oil
1/4 c dry white wine
1 t garlic, minced
1/2 c chicken broth
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 T capers
2 T butter
fresh lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cut boneless, skinless breasts in half. Place between plastic wrap. Pound with a flat edge to 1/4" thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour, shake off excess. Spray pan with Pam. Heat oil. Saute chicken 2-3 min. on one side, flip and saute 1-2 min. with pan covered. Remove chicken to warming plate in oven. Deglaze pan with wine. Add garlic and cook about 2 min. Add broth, lemon juice and capers. Return chicken to pan and cook 1 min. each side. Plate. Add butter and lemon slices to pan. when butter melts, pour sauce over chicken. Serve.
