Crust -
1 c. pretzels,
1/2 c. sugar,
1/3 c. melted butter

Cream -
8 oz cream cheese,
1/2 c. powdered sugar,
8 oz carton Cool Whip

Jello-
1-1/4 c. boiling water,
3 oz box strawberry jello,
9 oz can crushed pineapple (only use the juice)

Directions:

Mix crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter together. Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.


Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip then spread over crust once cooled.
Mix jello with boiling water. Add pineapple juice and let partially set in refrigerator then spoon over cream cheese mixture. Return the refrigerator until set completely.
