1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream together sugars and butter, add peanut butter, egg, vanilla. combine flour, baking soda and salt to mixture. roll 1 tsp of dough into a ball place onto ungreased cookie sheet and with a fork press a criss cross pattern onto cookie. ( dip fork onto sugar so it doesn't stick to cookie). sprinkle top of cookies with sugar. Bake 9 to 12 min or until golden brown.
