2½ cups sifted flour
½ cup cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
2½ tsp. baking Powder
1½ tsp. baking soda
¾ cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
½ cup milk
1 cup chopped pecans

Glaze
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice or orange juice

Sift together the flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and set aside. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and zucchini and blend thoroughly. Now blend in flour mixture alternately with ½ cup milk. Fold in 1 cup of chopped pecans. Bake in a well greased and floured bundt pan for one hour in a preheated 350º oven. Remove from pan and cool.

Glaze:
Mix together confectioner’s sugar and 1 tbsp. of lemon juice (more if needed). Drizzle over chocolate cake.
