1 jar (15 1/2 ozs.) spaghetti sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 C. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cut each noodle in half lengthwise. Spread sauce over the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Sauté the beef and onion until well browned. Drain well. Mix meat with bread crumbs, egg, spinach and spices. Place 2 Tbsp. beef mixture over each noodle. Roll up and place seam side down in tomato sauce. Cover rolls with spaghetti sauce. Cover rolls with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil; bake20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 8.
