Directions:
Start by mixing yeast in lukewarm water and set aside. Beat eggs and set aside. Take 5 lbs. of flour in bowl and add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly with hands. Add flaxseed and continue to mix.

Make a hole in middle of flour pour yeast in while stirring. Pour eggs in while stirring. Keep stirring while adding water as needed until thoroughly mixed. Be patient. Take remaining flour and begin kneading and folding dough into the center while adding flour to the underside and sides of the dough. Keep kneading until the dough is shaped nice and round.

Then flip dough over and pour oil in the center and rub all over the top and barely under the sides. Put lid on top of dough and cover with a dish towel. Set aside to raise for about 3 to 4 hours. Grease loaf pans with whatever you choose to use. Take sections of dough and lay smooth side down in loaf pan then flip over. Let dough rise in pans. Preheat oven to 350º. Gently place pans in oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
