3 c. four
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold butter
3/4 - 1 c. cold water
4 c. cubed cooked turkey (or chicken)
2 c. shredded co-jack cheese
1 can cream chicken soup
8 oz plain yogurt (can use sour cream)
1 small onion, finely chopped
chopped celery
chopped carrots

Directions:

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball. Knead 10-12 times till smooth. Set aside 1/3 dough. Roll remaining into a 15x11 rectangle. Transfer to an ungreased 11x7x2 baking dish. In a bowl, combine turkey, cheese, yogurt, soup, onion, celery, and carrots. Make a lattice crust. Place over filling, trim an flute edges. Bake at 400º for 45-50 min. until bubbly and golden brown.
