1 bunch broccoli florets
6 oz. shell macaroni, cooked
4 red peppers, cut in thin strips
14 oz. canned tuna, drained,separated into chunks

Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbls red wine vinegar
2 Tbls drained capers
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients and set aside. Steam broccoli about 3 minutes and rinse under cold water. Drain well. Combine with macaroni, pepper strips and tuna. Toss with 1/2 of dressing. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with pimento stuffed green olives. Drizzle remaining dressing over top.
