3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 (8 oz) cans crescent roll dough
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup sliced almonds

1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Beat all 3 packages of cream cheese with 1 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Unrolll 1 can of crescent roll dough and press in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crescent roll bottom. Unroll the remaining can of crescent rolls and place the triangles on top. It's not necessary that all the edges touch each other.

3. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top. Stir the remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top along with the almonds.

4. Bake in the preheated oven until the crescent dough has puffed and turned golden brown (about 45 minutes). Cool completely in the pan before serving.
