4 slices lean turkey bacon
4 1in thick slices ciabatta bread (olive oil and garlic infused is best)
1/3 cup low fat buttermilk, well shaken
2 tbsp light mayo
2 tsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
1 pint halved grape tomatoes
2 cups torn rotisserie chicken (skin removed)
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 /4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Directions:

1. Cook bacon in skillet over med/low heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towel lined plate to drain. Crumble into large pieces.
2. Toast ciabatta bread then cut into 1in cubes
3. In a large bowl whisk together the buttermilk, mayo, vinegar, mustard, minced garlic, salt, sugar, and pepper. Add lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, croutons, and half the bacon. Toss well. Transfer to plate and top each serving with remaining bacon
