Salmon fillet
Olive Oil (enough to cover fillets in sauce pan)
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp grated onion
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp dill
10 oz frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large saucepan, place salmon fillets, and cover with olive oil. Cook on med/low heat until salmon is cooked through
2. In a small saucepan heat butter, add flour and whisk until smooth. Add milk, stirring, occassionally, until mixture is thick and smooth. Stir in onion, lemon juice, dill, and peas
2. Pour over cooked salmon
