6-8 Cloves fresh garlic
3T chopped ginger yes that's a lot)
1 Medium Shallot
Olive Oil
Juice 1-2 lemons
2T Soy sauce
2T Chinese or Vietnamese red chili garlic sauce

1 lb Shrimp, scallop, squid (any one or a mixture)

Chop or slice all but 2 cloves of garlic.

Sauté garlic, ginger, and shallots in olive oil until shallots are translucent.

Add seafood and sauté until cooked (it doesn't take long).

In a separate bowl mix lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, add crushed garlic cloves we held back. Mix in with seafood and remove from heat.

Serve with rice or as a seafood side with a strong main dish.
