1 c sauerkraut, rinsed, dried
1 T butter
2 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 c muenster cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese
2 T catsup
2 t Dijon mustard
1/4 t pepper
1/2 lb corned beef, chopped
toasted rye bread wedges
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in microwave with green onions for 1 min. Stir in muenster, cream cheese, catsup, mustard and pepper. Microwave 2 1/2 min. Add corned beef and sauerkraut. Microwave 4 minutes. Spread on rye toasts. Serve hot. Or set out as a dip with rye toasts.
