1 1/4 c. sugar,
1 c. Wesson oil,
2 eggs - beaten,
2 c. flour,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 3/4 tsp. baking soda,
2 c. fruit cocktail drained (one #2 can)

3/4 c. brown sugar,
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar and oil to beaten eggs. Combine flour, salt, and soda. Add to egg mixture. Add fruit cocktail. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake for 1 hour in a 325 º oven.
