1 ready-to-use graham cracker 9inch pie crust, 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream cheese, softened, 1/2 C. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla, 2 Eggs. 1 can of fruit pie filling /topping.

Preheat oven 350º. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake 40 min or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or over night. Add any favorite fruit pie topping.
