Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 can strawberry Shasta cola (or any strawberry cola)

Icing:
1 large vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/4 c. milk
10 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Cake: Bake yellow cake min in a 9x13" pan. Let cool. Poke hundred holes in cake with a knife. Dissolve Jell-O with boiling water, then pour in Shasta cola; use large pan as mixture will fizz. Pour over cool cake and let cool again.

Icing: Using a mixer, or by hand, mix vanilla instant pudding mix and milk until thickened (be sure milk is cold). Blend in Cool Whip and spread over cake. Refrigerate and serve cold.
