1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. grated cheese (sharp cheddar)
Directions:
Directions:
Have sausage and cheese at room temperature. Mix well. Add 1 cup Bisquick at a time until well mixed. Roll into balls. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Check on balls after 20 minutes and every 5 minutes until lightly brown.
