Ingredients:

2 frozen white bread loaves
1 pkg of link sausage
1 pkg of ground sausage (I like to use hot)
2 c (at least) shredded mozzarella cheese
Jalapeños (diced) optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut link sausage into think slices.
Cook ground sausage and sliced links in frying pan.
Add jalapeños and juice to meat mixture.
While meat mixture is cooking, spray hands with cooking spray and work bread loaves until think but without holes to make bottom of bread.
Place on cookie sheet or stone.
Layer meat mixture, then cheese, then meat, then cheese, etc.
Prepare second loaf as the first one to cover the top of mixture.
Pinch and fold over the edges to make sure they are sealed to keep juice in.
Cook at 350º until crust is light brown.
Between 25-35 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I change it up sometimes and make a breakfast filling. Eggs, sausage, whatever.
My family likes it Christmas morning.
