4 medium zucchini
1 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp grated pamesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil or 1 tbsp ground basil
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini into ribbons with vegetable peeler.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Zucchini to boiling water; cook until just tender (30-60 seconds). Drain zucchini and transfer to a serving bowl. Add butter, oil, parmesan cheese, basil, and red pepper; toss gently until butter is melted and zucchini is coated well.
